Mary Jennings Psyd.

I am committed to helping others learn how to gain a better understanding of their emotions and live the life they have always wanted. My work focuses on evidence based treatment targeting ineffective behaviors, beliefs, and emotions. I believe in taking a collaborative approach in helping clients achieve their goals. I am passionate about meeting each person's individual needs and providing a safe therapeutic environment.

I am dedicated to helping others create meaning and value in their life. I am interested in normalizing mental health services and partnering with community resources to increase access to mental health services. I participate in community events, workshops, speaking engagements, and trainings.

I have been practicing for over ten years and am a licensed clinical psychologist. I completed my fellowship at Sutter Hospital in California and had the honor of being the Director of Clinical Services at Fremont Hospital where I managed the inpatient hospital and partial hospitalization programs. I also opened my first private practice in Santa Cruz, California treating a variety of mental health concerns. After moving back to Chicago, I provided consultative services for outpatient mental health clinics and partial hospitalization programs.
