As you immerse yourself in the healing sounds, you'll find a unique opportunity to relax deeply and reconnect with your core, facilitating a peaceful mental and emotional state.

For the best experience, please bring a yoga mat, wear loose, comfortable clothing. Blankets, bolsters, and water will be provided. Come with an open heart and mind, prepared to let the soothing sounds wash over you and lead you to a state of relaxation and self-discovery.
