Yoga for Every Body: gentle movement that explores healing through embodiment

This class is a Trauma Informed yoga class where the participant is invited to move, breathe and show up however is safe and possible for them. Throughout the class we use invitational and inclusive language. The number one goal is for the participants to feel safe. Throughout the practice we bring awareness to the body, breath and mind with the intention of connecting with ourselves, creating autonomy and healing.

This class is for all levels and anyone looking for gentle movement and support.

Each class will be different and it caters to the participants that show up. Some classes may come with the invitation of journaling.

Please bring a yoga mat. Blankets, bolsters, and water will be provided.
