It is October. Fall and all things spooky are out and about. So, what better time to talk about vampires than now? Do you believe in vampires? I do. I have met some! Shoot! I have even befriended some!

I’m not talking about your Twilight or Interview with a vampire vamps…I’m talking about Becky at work, or one of your close friends, maybe even a family member. The energy vampires are everywhere. They are real, they are sneaky, and they are here to drain. Below are 5 questions to ask yourself when identifying a vamp. Keep your eyes peeled and energy protected all year round y’all!

10) Does every conversation somehow become about them??

9) Do you end up changing plans consistently for this individual ??

8) Does this individual only like going to places they are comfortable with??(ie: their house, their bar, their turf!) ‘

7) Does this individual know a-lot about you??

6) Is every conversation the same??

5) Are they consistently asking for advice about the same issues??

4) Are they comparing themselves to you??

3) Do they gaslight you??

2) Do they talk trash about other people you are close to? ?

1) Do they Actually suck your blood??
