Class 2: Tuesday August 12 (virtual)

Class 3: Tuesday August 19 (virtual)

Class 4: Tuesday August 26 (in-person @ Intuit Healing)

Class 5: Date TBD (post-birth processing session (virtual date tbd 4-6 weeks post-birth)

In our classes we believe there is no one “right way” to give birth - but information is power and we are here to help. We believe in providing a supported space for education, discussion and community. During our class series we aid in preparing you for the birth experience and into the transition of parenthood and beyond.

• Signs & Stages of labor 

• Hormones in pregnancy, birth & postpartum 

• Positions & movement, comfort measures & breathing techniques for labor & birth Medical interventions 

• Early postpartum care 

• Newborn characteristics 

• Feeding 

• Caring for the postpartum parent
